 Microphone/headset Recommendations: Headsets don't need speakers and won't bother people around you. Shop around. YesMicro.com and Newegg.com have many choices at very good prices with different models and features ranging from about $12 (plus shipping) for a basic but very usable stereo headset mic to $30, or more for higher-end USB models (pricing may change). Your local Radio Shack often has headsets on sale below $10. |

about $100. The same function can be performed in software with a little
expertise using a VOIP client such as
Skype and a soundcard
that supports "What you hear" recording options (Audigy Sound Blaster
and Sound Blaster Live! are good choices). |
